Our experienced spa professionals, tranquil environment, and exclusive product lines will ensure you leave the spa feeling relaxed, re-energized, and restored. Select from a multitude of spa treatments, including massage therapies, facial treatments, waxing, and body treatments (no nail/hair services at this time). Our luxurious hotel spa is open to hotel guests, visitors, and community members alike.

PLEASE READ ALL SPA POLICIES BELOW:

Minors over the age of 15 are permitted to receive a facial and minors age 16 and older are allowed to do massage with the consent of the parent or legal guardian. For minors of age 15, the parent/guardian must always be present in the treatment room. For Minors 16-17 years of age if both technician and parent/guardian are comfortable with the minor being in treatment room by themselves with therapist we will accommodate, but they must remain in the Spa. If not or at the technician’s request the parent/guardian will need to be in the treatment room for the entire service. We do not preform service on children under the age of 15.

If you have recently had surgery in the last 4-6 weeks or are currently under a doctors care (ex. cancer, high risk pregnancy, back surgery), you will need a doctors release to get services in the spa. Prenatal massage can be booked for mothers between 12-40 weeks and must consult if you are high risk prior to booking. This is a standard practice for anyone that has pre-existing conditions that may lead to further harm by getting massage/body work. Please make sure you are cleared by your current doctor prior to booking a service with Spa Botanica.

Please Read Carefully: Online booking will charge 50% deposit due to our 24 hour cancellation policy. We will require 50% deposit for all services/packages/group bookings. Currently we require a credit card on file to hold all appointments due to our 24 hour cancellation policy. For Holidays we require 100% deposit at time of booking to hold any appointments and require 72 hour cancellation. Holidays are considered Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Valentines 2/8 to 2/16/25, and Mother’s Day Weekend 2025. Packages and Group services require a 72HR Cancellation for groups of 3 or more. There are no same day cancellations or rebooking services with less than 24-hours. This policy is to specifically protect our staff and their income if you are prebooking.  50% of Services are charged to COF if 23H-9HR’s are given/ 8H or less/no show 100% of service is charged to COF. As a convenience we add 20% gratuity to all appointments at time of purchase as well as a $5 facility fee per person. After booking you will receive a confirmation email with a personalized link to your guest intake form to fill out prior to your arrival. You cannot forward your link to other parties since it is individualized to your email and file. Please arrive 20-25 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you can change into robe/slippers to start to relax prior to your designated appointment time. Please note we do have online booking and gift cards available for purchase. Our gift cards expire one year after purchase, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and the card must be present for purchases.
